        A great place to relax with a group of up to 6 people. Our sauna is open year-round and is equipped with a modern karaoke system with a vast selection of songs — from classics to the latest hits. Gentle heat, the aroma of essential oils, and pleasant music await you.

        The price includes sauna hats, bath brooms (veniks), sheets, and towels. You can order herbal tea with honey, and for true connoisseurs, essential oils (eucalyptus, fir, lavender) can be added. The room is spacious and features a lounge area with a sofa.

        A year-round 12-meter pool maintaining a temperature of 28–30 °C. A separate shallow area (40 cm deep) is provided for children. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and free towels are always available by the pool. In summer, poolside loungers are open; in winter, a heated changing room is available.

        An infrared cabin is installed nearby — a perfect addition after a swim (optional booking). A lifeguard is on-site during peak hours. The water is tested daily, and hygiene supplies are always fresh.

        🚴‍♂️ Bicycle Rental

        From April to October, guests can take a bicycle for free to explore the scenic trails of Borovoe. We have adult and children's models, bike seats for toddlers, helmets, and pumps available. Routes of varying difficulty are laid out along the lake and through the pine forest.

        Electric bikes are available for an additional fee (1,500 ₸/hour). At the reception, you can pick up a map with marked viewpoints and picnic spots. Bicycles are issued for a maximum of 3 hours, with the possibility of extension based on availability.

        🎬 Outdoor Movie Nights

        Every weekend (or in indoor halls during bad weather), we host film screenings on a large projector with surround sound. The schedule is updated weekly: blockbusters, family comedies, Soviet classics, and cartoons for children. A special cartoon session for kids is held every Saturday at 17:00.

        Popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream, and soft drinks — all free for our guests. In the evening, blankets are provided on-site for your comfort. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start, as seats are not reservable.

        The hotel grounds feature three separate gazebos equipped with BBQ grills, firewood, grates, and skewers. Each gazebo accommodates 6–8 people and includes lighting, power outlets, and a table. Post-BBQ cleaning is included in the price.

        You can bring your own food or order ready-to-cook BBQ kits (marinated meat, vegetables, sauces) starting from 5,000 ₸. Grills are provided free of charge by prior appointment. Don't forget to bring your good mood!

        ⛷️ Winter Rental (Skis and Skates)

        From December to March, guests can borrow skis or skates for free right on the hotel premises. We have small skis and figure skates for children. We freeze an ice rink in the courtyard (during consistent freezing temperatures), and the ski trail runs through the pine forest — it is illuminated in the evening.

        An instructor holds masterclasses for beginners (for an extra fee of 3,000 ₸/hour). After your outdoor activity, you can enjoy hot tea or mulled wine in the lobby bar. Equipment is issued for up to 2 hours, with various sizes of boots and skis available.
